About This Service
Our mental health navigators provide support in the community to help people improve their general wellbeing. If you're experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or recovering from a mental health condition and are struggling to move forward and find the right support, then a Mental Health Navigator may be for you.
The team will offer guidance, support, motivation and local information depending on your needs.

Who Can Access This Service?
This is a service for adults with mental health needs over the age of 18 years old, whose main residence is in Kettering and the surrounding towns and villages. (Former Borough of Kettering).
We operate all over the area so please get in touch to see how we have help you.

When Are Our Drop In Sessions?
Our sessions run during the week except on bank holidays.
Please call ahead to confirm the drop-in is open on your chosen day, as hours may change.
