Get Involved

There are lots of different ways that you can support us. We're a local charity and we couldn't continue our work without your help.

Working For Us

We are Kettering Mind, the mental health charity. We won't stop until everyone with a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve. Will you join us?

Why Choose Us

We know how important the benefits of a mentally healthy workplace are. Staff wellbeing is really a high priority for us. We're dedicated, friendly and open, working together to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems.

Current Vacancies

We do not have any vacancies currently but we will update this page with any future vacancies.

Volunteering at Kettering Mind can be a really rewarding and useful experience – and there's probably more ways of doing it than you might think.

In general the skills we most need are enthusiasm, commitment and friendliness. Some roles may require certain skills and this will be clearly stated in the volunteer role description.

Volunteer Opportunities

In the first instance give us a call on 01536 523216 or email then we can arrange a suitable time for you to pop in for a chat. This is an exciting time as we are setting up new groups and social sessions, creating more opportunities to volunteer with us.

Donate or fundraise for your local community.

Nobody should face a mental health problem alone. We need your help so we can be there - on the other end of the phone, in local communities and campaigning hard for better services and support.

Take on an active challenge, do your own fundraising event, support us at your celebration, make a monthly donation or leave a gift in your Will. There are so many different ways you can make a difference.

Community Partnerships

At Kettering Mind one of our core values is Together; we know we are stronger in partnership. Through championing this value we have developed many different ways of working with local partners.

We also know all businesses, and therefore all partnerships, are unique and we will work alongside you to maximise this uniqueness.

Although fundraising underpins our charitable work, a formal community partnership with Kettering Mind is more than that, it is a commitment and desire to:

Support good mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and in the local community
Identify the type of local impact we can make together
Work collaboratively with Kettering Mind to engage in a plan of action, which will work towards good social outcomes that deliver value to both parties

Current Partnerships

For our first community partnership we have teamed up with Harniss Building Services Solutions. We want to thank everyone at Harniss for supporting Kettering Mind in the fight for mental health. A special thanks for Chris, Amelia and Darren for initially showing interest in this partnership.

To kickstart our partnership team Harniss completed the "Welsh 3000's" raising £2480 for Kettering Mind, thanks to all that completed this challenge and everyone that donated. We look forward to working alongside Harniss going forward and doing some great work together!
