Campaigning priorities
• People with mental health problems
• People from racialised communities
• People in poverty
• Children and young people
People with mental health problems have been hit hard by the pandemic. Especially people from racialised communities, people in poverty, and children and young people. But it doesn't have to be this way.
Along with National Mind we’re campaigning to change this reality for local people, through community events and partnership working.
Time to Talk Day 2022
Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives.
We have created an A-Z of mental health which includes many different topics, information about each topic, and relevant links to local support available for numerous issues.
LGBTQ+ History Month 2022
LGBTQ+ history month took place in February this year. We spent time educating ourselves on the struggles people had gone through over the years. We also wanted to highlight the positive changes we have seen in recent years regarding discrimination.
Took a look at the four posters below which highlight some of the most influential LBGTQ+ relating to this years theme "Politics in Art".
