The Kettering Mind Board of Trustees
We are the 'Kettering Association for Mental Health' as reflected in our Governing Document and are a Registered Charity (No: 1069373) and a Registered Company (No: 03530898). We are affiliated to National Mind and were pleased to be awarded the Mind Quality Mark in May 2023 following an extensive inspection and accreditation process in January 2023.
As Trustees we care about Kettering Mind - we care about its mission, its people and the community we serve.
We are volunteers and give our time, energy and enthusiasm, together with our lived experience, to the roles and functions we undertake both individually and collectively.
At the centre of all we do is our commitment to the 'vision, mission, goals and values' of Kettering Mind and work closely with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team.
We are currently looking for two new trustees to join the board of trustees, and would particularly welcome applicants with a social housing background. If you are interested in becoming a Trustee, please contact Chris Davison via chair@ketteringmind.org.uk for a further discussion.

Mind Quality Mark
Kettering Mind has been awarded the Mind Quality Mark 2021-24.
The Mind Quality Mark is a rigorous quality assurance standard. It sets the bar of good practice and legal compliance for all organisations in the Mind Federation.
Once every three years, local Minds are reviewed against the Mind Quality Mark standards. The reviews are led by people with lived experience of mental health problems and senior leaders from other local Minds. They are based on a robust assessment of documentary evidence as well as interviews with and survey responses from trustees, staff, volunteers, and people who use services.
To achieve the Mind Quality Mark, local Minds must be well-run organisations delivering safe, life-changing support for people with mental health problems.
